Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Policy:

Overview of Shipping Procedures: We strive to process and ship orders promptly to ensure timely delivery to our customers.

Shipping Methods and Costs: We offer various shipping methods, including standard and expedited shipping. Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected shipping method and the destination of the order.

Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of checkout and are based on the shipping method selected and the destination address.

International Shipping: We don’t offer any international shippings.(Only in Sri Lanka)

Tracking Orders: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your order.

Return Policy:

Overview of Return Process: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item(s) within 3 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Certain items, such as perishable goods, are not eligible for return.

Return Conditions: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part. Returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number, which can be obtained by contacting our customer service team.

Refund or Exchange Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5 days.

Restocking Fees: A restocking fee may apply to certain returns, particularly for large or specialized items. Any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from your refund amount.
